Screenshot tools used to be small, fast, and out of the way. Reticle is a modern return to that: press a global hotkey, drag out a region, mark it up with arrows, shapes, and text, then copy it to the clipboard or save a PNG. Menu-bar only, no account, and nothing ever leaves your Mac.
